How the Plan Works
The Flower Looming Plan operates in cycles, where participants move through different levels until they reach the center and receive their payout. Once a participant exits the current cycle, they may have the opportunity to join a new cycle, often with a higher entry contribution, leading to potentially larger payouts.
Example Scenario
Let’s consider a flower structure with four levels:
- Outer Layer (Petals) – 8 Participants
- Middle Layer – 4 Participants
- Inner Layer – 2 Participants
- Center – 1 Participant (Receiver)
Step 1: Initial Setup
- Alice is at the center, set to receive the payout.
- Bob and Charlie are in the inner layer, waiting to move to the center.
- David, Emma, Fiona, and George are in the middle layer.
- The outermost layer consists of 8 new participants: Henry, Irene, Jack, Kevin, Lisa, Mark, Nancy, and Oliver.
Step 2: New Participants Join
- Each of the 8 outer-layer members (Henry, Irene, Jack, etc.) contributes a fixed amount (e.g., $500).
- This contribution is pooled together and given to Alice, who is at the center.
Step 3: Payout and Splitting
- Alice receives the total amount ($500 × 8 = $4,000) and exits the cycle.
- The flower now splits into two new structures, with Bob and Charlie moving to the center of each new flower.
Step 4: Progression
- David, Emma, Fiona, and George move to the inner layer.
- Henry, Irene, Jack, and Kevin move to the middle layer in one flower, while Lisa, Mark, Nancy, and Oliver move to the middle layer in the second flower.
- New participants join to fill the outermost layer, ensuring the cycle continues.
Once a participant completes their first cycle and exits, they may have the option to enter a higher-tier cycle with an increased entry contribution. This allows them to progress through a new structure with potentially larger payouts. Each new cycle follows the same pattern, providing continuous opportunities for participants to advance and receive higher returns.
Now, let’s consider how commissions work
Refereal Commission
The Referral Commission in the Flower Looming Plan rewards participants for introducing new members into the system. By referring others, participants can earn additional income as a percentage of the new member’s contribution. This system incentivizes the growth of the plan while offering participants an opportunity to earn beyond their regular progression in the flower structure.
How It Works
When a participant refers a new member to join the plan, they earn a referral commission from the new member’s contribution. This commission is typically a fixed percentage or amount of the new member’s entry fee. The referrer will earn this commission regardless of their position in the flower, providing them with an additional earning opportunity before they reach the center. The commission is earned directly from the new participant, and there is no second-level referral commission involved
Referral Commission Amount
For example, if the entry contribution for joining the flower structure is $500 and the referral commission is 10%, the referrer would earn $50 from each new participant they refer.
Example
Let’s consider an example where Alice refers Bob to join the flower structure. The entry fee for the structure is $500, and the referral commission is set at 10% of the entry fee. Since Bob joins the system and contributes $500, Alice will earn a $50 referral commission from Bob’s entry. This commission is paid directly to Alice as soon as Bob completes their contribution.
Purpose
The referral commission serves several important purposes:
- Encourages Growth: By rewarding participants for referring others, the system ensures that the structure continues to grow, keeping the flower active and filled.
- Early Earnings: Referrers earn additional income immediately after referring a new participant, providing an opportunity to earn before they reach the center.
- Sustains the Cycle: With continuous recruitment, the flow of new participants is maintained, ensuring the plan remains dynamic and participants can progress through the levels efficiently.
Gift Bonus
In the Flower Looming Plan, participants who successfully complete the levels of the flower structure and reach the center are rewarded with a payout. This payout is derived from the contributions made by the outer layer participants and serves as the main incentive for participants to progress through the structure. Reaching the center signals the completion of the cycle and unlocks the opportunity for participants to earn a significant reward.
How It Works
When a participant reaches the center of the flower structure, they are eligible to receive the total amount gathered from the outer layer participants. The outer layer consists of individuals who contribute to filling the positions in the flower structure. Each time a participant completes the levels and reaches the center, they collect the accumulated contributions from these outer layer members. The payout is typically the sum of all the contributions from the participants who have filled the positions in the outer layer.
Gift Bonus Amount
For example, if the entry fee for the flower structure is $500, and there are 8 participants in the outer layer, the total amount collected would be $500 × 8 = $4,000. The participant reaching the center will receive the entire $4,000 from the outer layer as their payout.
Purpose
The purpose of the payout upon reaching the center is to:
- Incentivize Progression – Participants are motivated to progress through the levels and reach the center in order to earn a significant reward.
- Reward Participation – The payout acknowledges the participant’s efforts and success in completing the cycle, ensuring they receive a fair return for their contribution.
- Sustain the Cycle – The payout also ensures the flow of the system, with new participants joining to fill the flower structure, enabling continuous growth and progress.
