Eligibility for Refund

Since our software is digital and intangible, refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

  • We fail to deliver the software as outlined in our official quotation.
  • We are unable to resolve a critical issue within a reasonable timeframe.
  • We fail to meet the delivery schedule as agreed upon in the official quotation by more than two months, excluding delays caused by client-requested changes.

In such cases, we will either issue a full refund or offer a replacement product of equal or similar value at the customer’s discretion, without additional compensation or reimbursements.

Non-Refundable Cases

A refund will not be granted under the following circumstances:

The client fails to follow the instructions provided by Acemero Technologies Pvt. Ltd.’s support team or does not provide the required assistance for issue resolution.

  • A fix or workaround is available for the reported issue.
  • The software was purchased in error or due to a misunderstanding of its capabilities.
  • The issue arises due to the client’s system configuration, network settings, or third-party applications or devices.
  • The software has been lost, stolen, damaged, or traded.
  • The client requests a refund due to a change in business requirements after the software has been delivered.
  • Custom modifications or additional features requested by the client do not meet expectations after development is completed per the agreed specifications.

Refund Process

To request a refund, the client must submit a written request to our customer support team with relevant details, including the reason for the refund request and supporting evidence. Each request will be thoroughly reviewed, and a response will be provided within a reasonable timeframe.
